Day 144: Foundations of Self-Love
Today was another good day, another step in the right direction. I spent the day with my mom, cherishing the simple moments that knit our lives together. Amidst these moments, I’ve been immersed in my work—building. Not just any structures, but a foundation of knowledge and a foundation of love—especially love for myself.
I’m constructing a foundation I’m finally starting to be proud of. All the changes I’ve made keep me so focused, so locked in, that I don’t have time to think. And maybe that’s a good thing.
As always, my door is open, and I’m not going anywhere. Whether you’re building your foundations or seeking to strengthen them, know that you’re not alone on this journey.
